a. Where are you from?

From Hungary (middle of Europe)

c. What motivates you to train?

Motivation is to always be fit, healthy, and energetic, been working out since I was 6-7yo (I was an athlete for 14 years so it became a part of my life.

 

d. What’s your greatest success in lifting?

The greatest success in lifting probably 240lbs overhead shoulder press on the machine, 280lbs peck deck fly or 320lbs dip machine but I’m not a big lifter I do high reps, go for stamina, endurance, calisthenics workout too.

 

e. What music do you listen to when training?

I mostly listen to hip-hop or just beats if I really have to focus.

 

f. Who is your bodybuilding inspiration?

My best friend Quentin Remy Berghmans he is a bodybuilder, bench pressed with 405lbs when he was my weight 195lbs

 

g. Do you have any shout outs or people you’d like to thank?

I would thank him (@justequentin) for showing a good example and prove that mindset is very powerful when it comes to working out and lifting. He was a Belgian green beret and he is capable of what a lot of people are not.
