Q & A with RICCI

a. Where are you from?

Oahu, Hawaii

b. Instagram name

@rixsta.blessed

c. What motivates you to train?

I look up to a lot of people in the fitness industry such as Larry wheels, Ronnie Coleman, Russell Orhii, etc.

d. What’s your greatest success in lifting?

I always strive to be the hardest worker. I always know that there's someone else out there that is working just as hard. You have to be addicted to hard work in order to be successful. That's not only in training but in all aspects of life as well.

e. What music do you listen to when training?

I like listening to lots of different music when trainingLikeCopyReportOne of my favorites that I listen to when getting ready for big lifts are happier by marshmallow

f. Who is your weightlifting inspiration?

Larry wheels, I love his work ethic and his intensity and he's an absolute beast. Same with Ronnie Coleman. I would have to say those 2 are my biggest inspirations

g. Do you have any shout outs or people you’d like to thank?

I first and foremost want to thank my lord and savior Jesus Christ for always blessing me and allowing me to do what I love. I can't thank him enough for All that he has done for me. I give all the glory and praise to the lord up above. I also want to thank my mom for always supporting me and pushing me. My mom has sacrificed a lot of being a single parent. She has raised me for 19 years and it's always just been us two. I have no brothers or sisters. She has done a lot for me and she is the reason why I'm the man I am today. I want to be successful and be able to take care of my mom so she doesn't have to worry anymore. I've seen my mom struggle my whole life and I don't want to see that anymore. That's why I grind so hard because I want to take care of her and not want her to worry. And I know GOD has a plan for me. I trust in him always.
