a. Where are you from?

From Cyprus, Limassol living in Leeds

c. What motivates you to train?

Injuries that happened to me and proving people wrong about what they said i couldn’t do and a doctor as well.

d. What’s your greatest success in lifting?

Turning a body that was said by doctors that won’t be able to gain or lift heavy into a body that actually can do it and in numbers.

e. What music do you listen to when training?

Anything to be honest but mostly rap.

f. Who is your weightlifting inspiration?

Pyros dimas is one but in bodybuilding it’s Arnold.

g. Do you have any shout outs or people you’d like to thank?

My grandad.
