a. Where are you from?

Originally from Houma, Louisiana, now living in Portland, Oregon

c. What motivates you to train?

Proving to myself that I can look and feel my best.

d. What’s your greatest success in lifting?

My greatest success in lifting is pushing past my own mental barriers that were also inherently physical barriers. I am the strongest I have ever been in my life because I believe in myself.

e. What music do you listen to when training?

I like to listen to electronic dance music and hip hop—something with a good tempo.

f. Who is your weightlifting inspiration?

Julian Smith and Alex Tilinca.

g. Do you have any shout outs or people you’d like to thank?

My friends Billy Miller @irl_krillin and Hales Skelton @halesbot for always helping me with form.
