c. What motivates you to train?
Simply put; the desire to be better than yesterday. You live one life, and you get one body. In my mind there’s no reason to not max out your human potential. Anything worth doing, is worth overdoing. The ultimate motivator is when the people that said you couldn’t do it, come back and ask, “How did you do it?”.
d. What’s your greatest success in lifting?
Recently my greatest success has been my Deadlift and Dquat. 500lbs and 410lbs Respectively. My deadlift 8 months ago was 235lbs. My squat 8 months ago was 185lbs.
e. What music do you listen to when training?
Recently I haven’t been listening to music while lifting. I find it makes the mind-muscle connection stronger. During cardio I’ll usually listen to fast tempo rap or electronic.
f. Who is your weightlifting inspiration?
g. Do you have any shout outs or people you’d like to thank?
I have two people I owe a huge thank you to. My trainer @TCaleb92, he helped me build from the ground up. From perfecting form and understanding function, helping me to build an understanding of the process from start to finish. Helping put together a diet with the correct macros and an incredible training program.
My motivator @natalie7687. We see each other every day. The days where I have next to nothing in the tank she forces me to find the drive to grind through. She helps me to keep moving forward and to keep my mind clear. She knows my limits and pushes me to them every single day.
