Self-improvement and pushing my limits, plus the bonus of looking good shirtless of course.
d. What’s your greatest success in lifting?
Finally putting up 405 on bench, that was a crazy feeling.
e. What music do you listen to when training?
Gotta have metal when lifting to get myself amped up to move weight.
f. Who is your weightlifting inspiration?
I have a lot of inspirations; of course Arnold is the classic but just to name some of the new era- Christian Guzman and Calum Von Moger are a couple of my favorites.
g. Do you have any shout outs or people you’d like to thank?
Everyone who ever doubted me in the past and served as motivation to keep pushing and getting better.
