Q & A with TAYLOR

a. Where are you from?

North Carolina

c. What motivates you to train?

Just being able to compete with myself and push myself to become the best I can be keeps me motivated.

d. What’s your greatest success in lifting?

I started working out at 22/130 pounds. It probably took a year before I even was confident enough to attempt the bench press. So once I hit 225 on bench that really got me motivated into weightlifting.

e. What music do you listen to when training?

Everything. Hip hop, hard rock, classic rock, EDM, sometimes I don’t listen to anything I’m just focusing on what I’m doing so it just depends.

f. Who is your weightlifting inspiration?

Of course all the legends are inspiration but no one in particular got me started or keeps me going. For me weight lifting is a huge solo sport so you have to keep yourself going and hungry for more.

g. Do you have any shout outs or people you’d like to thank?

Def shout-out to my girl @isabella.almond been working out with me for 2 years and always there to spot me or record a video lol. Shout out to my fam as well love having them in the gym with me.
