Q & A with DARCY

 

a. Where are you from?

Kamloops, B.C. Canada

 

b. What motivates you to train?

Continually wanting to improve myself and attain a Men's Classic physique keep me motivated

 

c. What’s your greatest success in bodybuilding?

My greatest success is my current transformation, I started 6 years ago at 192lbs having never worked out, currently at 189lbs and lean

 

d. What music do you listen to when training?

Typically anything loud and angry.

 

e. Who is your bodybuilding inspiration?

My weight lifting inspo's are (hometown hero) @Regangrimes, @Briandecosta and @Smith.julian 

 

f. What are your dreams and or what excites you?

Dreams and aspirations are to work with athletes optimizing body mechanics and creating injury resilience as a Dr. of Chiropractic or Physiotherapy.

 

g. Do you have any shout outs or people you’d like to thank?
