Which Straps Are Right for You?

Every Rip Toned strap is 23.25" long and 1.5" wide, a couple of inches longer than most, so you get one extra wrap around the bar on your heaviest pulls.

Smaller wrists? If your wrists are 7" or smaller, our Padded Straps for Smaller Wrists use a shorter pad so they cinch down snugly (US orders only).

How to Use Lifting Straps

  • Slip your hand through the loop so the strap sits on your wrist.
  • Pull the tail snug, then wrap it around the bar in the opposite direction to your fingers.
  • Twist the bar toward you to tighten the wrap before you lift.
  • Save them for heavy sets so your own grip still gets trained.

Why Lifters Choose Rip Toned Straps

  • No break-in: soft cotton that's comfortable right out of the package.
  • The extra wrap: 23.25" gives you an "insurance" wrap on max-effort pulls.
  • Lifetime Replacement Warranty: if your straps wear out from training, we replace them.

Lifting Strap FAQ

Do I get one strap or a pair?

A pair, one for each hand.

Straps or wrist wraps: what's the difference?

Straps help your grip on pulling lifts like deadlifts, rows and shrugs. Wrist wraps support your wrists on pushing lifts like bench and overhead press. Get both in a combo pack.

Will straps make my grip weaker?

Not if you use them for your heaviest sets only. Do warm-ups and lighter sets without them to keep building grip strength.
