How do I choose my knee sleeve size?

Measure around the center of your kneecap with your leg straight, then match it to the size chart on the product page. For a tighter competition fit, many lifters size down one.

Are these sleeves competition approved?

Yes. Both the 7mm knee sleeves and the 5mm elbow sleeves are USPA approved.

Why 7mm for knees but 5mm for elbows?

Your legs can drive through thicker neoprene for more compression. Elbows need more freedom to move, so a thinner 5mm sleeve works better.

Are sleeves a medical brace?
