Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day of purchase (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST may not begin processing until the next business day.

Shipping Time

Once processed, orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days within the contiguous United States or Canada. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can vary by location, weather, and carrier delays.

Shipping Cost

Free shipping on orders over $50 USD in the USA and $50 CAD in Canada. Orders under $50 USD / $50 CAD ship for a flat rate of $8.00 USD in the USA and $9.00 CAD in Canada.

Packaging Note

Orders are fulfilled from a third-party logistics network, so your package may arrive in branded or neutral outer packaging that differs from what's shown on our site. Rest assured - it's the real Rip Toned product you ordered.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the estimated window, contact us at support@riptoned.com and we'll make it right.
