Returns & Refunds

30-day returns. Return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. This applies to every order, including sale items and orders placed with a discount code.

Free return shipping. Email support@riptoned.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label. You don't pay to send it back.

Lifetime replacement on lifting gear. If a Rip Toned wrist wrap, lifting strap, belt or sleeve wears out from normal use, we'll replace it free of charge for as long as you own it, whether you bought it on riptoned.com or from our Amazon store. Email a photo of the item and your order number to support@riptoned.com.

Supplements. Unopened supplements can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. For safety reasons we can't accept opened supplements.

Damaged or wrong item? Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges. Want a different color or stiffness? Email us and we'll arrange the exchange, return shipping included.

Not returnable: gift cards and digital downloads (ebooks).

Refunds

We'll email you when your return arrives. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank or card issuer may take a few business days to post it.
