Shipping Information
- Orders are processed within 1 business day of purchase (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT may be processed the next business day.
- Once processed, orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days in the contiguous United States or Canada.
- Free shipping on orders over $50 USD in the USA and $50 CAD in Canada. Orders under those amounts ship for a flat rate of $8.00 USD (USA) or $9.00 CAD (Canada).
- Your package may arrive in branded or neutral third-party packaging that differs from what's shown on our site - rest assured, it's the real Rip Toned product you ordered.
- You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Returns
- 30-day returns on any unused item for a full refund - including sale items and orders placed with a discount code.
- Return shipping is free: email support@riptoned.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label (US returns go to Las Vegas, NV; Canadian returns go to West Kelowna, BC).
- Lifting gear is also covered by our lifetime replacement warranty - if it wears out from normal use, we replace it.
- Unopened supplements can be returned within 30 days.
