New user for neoprene sleeves. RipToned is a value given goog quallity and prices. If I culd give a 3.5 / 4 I would. The sizing seems a bit small based on the guidelines. Also, I was expecting a little more length (height). They do seem to "give" a little after 2 sessions.

I like that this belt is stiffer than some other belts. The stiffness is a godsend when squatting or deadlifting heavy. The extra support of a stiff belt can feel like a shaken soda can VS a soft/pliable belt which can feel like an unshaken depressurized soda can when it comes to supporting your core for an optimum lift.
