a. Where are you from?

c. What motivates you to train?
What motivates me to train is the influence that training has on my character. Training requires self-discipline and work ethic, and when training, these components improve and blend into other areas of my daily life.
d. What’s your greatest success in lifting?
My greatest success in lifting is being able to overcome my lanky genetics and gaining 40lb of muscle in 1 year. I was constantly made fun of for being that skinny kid who was not athletic, so I changed that with some hard work and effort.
e. What music do you listen to when training?
The music I listen to when I workout is either Contemporary Christian music or Makieveli Motivation Speeches.
f. Who is your weightlifting inspiration?
My weightlifting inspiration has got to be hands down Tom Platz.
g. Do you have any shout outs or people you’d like to thank?
I’d like to give a shout out to my best friend @e.t_ethan for always supporting my goals and hyping me up in the gym and I’d like to thank @mrintensemalone for giving me nutrition and supplemental advice over the years!
