Seeing hard work paying off. Successes change over time. Benchmarks like squatting in the 400s, pulling in the 500s, and repping 225 on bench were goals I had for a long time that I’ve reached. Always setting new ones!

e. What music do you listen to when training?

I love listening to rap when I lift. Russ and Logic are specific go-to’s

f. Who is your bodybuilding inspiration?

Joe Andrews and Steve Cook currently. It changes over time.

g. What are your dreams and or what excites you?

I have the ultimate dream of opening a gym to train athletes. I want to get into performance training. My mind lives to think of new ways to do old things, in regards to working out. Mainly a platform to share that knowledge and train people who care!

h. Do you have any shout outs or people you’d like to thank?

Special shout out to my wife Natalie Whittaker for helping me to put myself out there as a trainer, and to my long time lifting buddy Dom Adamo.
