Originally form Modesto California.

c. What motivates you to train?
Training helps me to live a more positive, fulfilling life. It has transformed me, not only in a physical sense, but as a whole person. Not to mention I live lifting heavy things!!
d. What’s your greatest success in lifting?
I was pretty excited to rack pull 315 lbs! I recently became an overall figure champion at the San Jose Championships.
e. What music do you listen to when training?
I listen to a wide variety. It could be e-40, the Macarena, or anything in between!
f. Who is your weightlifting inspiration?
I love watching Stephanie Cohen! She’s a beast!!
g. Do you have any shout outs or people you’d like to thank?
My coach Mark Byers @ifbbprobyers has been an essential part of my progress in competing. He’s helped me through so much, and I know I can trust him to get me where I need to be each prep!
