c. What motivates you to train?
Knowing that this lifestyle shows my hard work & dedication and that it is me vs me always. I know if I put 100% of the effort and work In I will see the results. I know if I slack & get lazy it will show. This lifestyle is mental as much as it is physical, the gym makes me mentally strong in ways I didn’t know. I know I can push my body so much further than my mind sometimes allows me, it makes me believe in myself & know that each & everyday I show up I become that much better than the me yesterday.

d. What’s your greatest success in lifting?
I would say going from cutting & being lean to bulking & gaining weight. It does take a toll on your mental health along with lots of body dysmorphia. But I know the process is worth it in the end. I know you have to put yourself in uncomfortable situations to grow.
e. What music do you listen to when training?
Mostly rock, rap & sometimes country depends what mood I’m in.

Hattie Boydle & my personal friend Katlin Stangland Stott- they have both so hard working & strong af
g. Do you have any shout outs or people you’d like to thank?
I would like to give a shout-out to my gym bestie Katlin Stangland for pushing me harder than I’ve pushed myself & knowing I can lift something I put my mind too! And I’d like to thank all my friends & family that have supported me along the way.
