c. What motivates you to train?
I am motivated to train because of my past. I was never the fast or strong kid when I was younger. Lifting has given me a community of people and new skills that I never had before.
d. What’s your greatest success in weightlifting?
So far my greatest success is 205 bench and overall feeling healthy.
e. What music do you listen to when training?
My weight lifting inspiration was my Dad since he used to weight lifts when he was younger.
g. What are your dreams and or what excites you?
I want to be able to show other people how lifting can either be a hobby that makes you feel better or a whole group of welcoming people. Also, I want to cleanly bench 225s.
