I enjoy the challenge of increasing my strength and pushing myself.

I would say benching 300 the day before I turned 50. It was a decades long goal.

anything from Christian to Classic Rock
f. Who is your weightlifting inspiration?
my Dad, he wasn’t a weightlifter, but he is physically strong from working so hard.
