a. Where are you from?

c. What motivates you to train?
For me, it’s the constant improvement and betterment of myself as an individual. We hold so much potential to help ourselves and others, being able to capitalize on it motivates the hell out of me!
d. What’s your greatest success in lifting?
My greatest success from lifting has been the confidence I’ve gained. I feel like an entirely different person. It’s made me face the struggles of life head-on!
e. What music do you listen to when training?
I love UK Rap/Grime, rap music, deep house music, and even cinematic movie music that gets me in the zone!
f. Who is your weightlifting inspiration?
There’s so many, when I first started it was Calum Von Moger, but currently, it’s Mike Thurston, huge inspiration!
g. Do you have any shout outs or people you’d like to thank?
Again, so many awesome people I’ve been fortunate to meet along this journey! Shout out to Gabriel Rafal-Segre, and Jack Blomme. Big motivators!
