c. What motivates you to train?
The transformation process, the self discipline and seeing/feeling the physical and mental changes keeps me motivated.
d. What’s your greatest success in lifting?
Being able to have an intense core strength to do a human flag is my greatest success as well as having the stamina to run ultra races. I was told my knees were junk and my 3 hernias in the past should keep me on light duty. I proved the Drs. Wrong!
e. What music do you listen to when training?
Metallica, Machine Head, Slipknot and 90's Hip Hop.
f. Who is your weightlifting inspiration?
g. Do you have any shout outs or people you’d like to thank?
@meg.runs my wife for being an inspiration to get serious about fitness, running and eating smart.
