a. Where are you from?

c. What motivates you to train?

What motivates me to train is the goal to achieve my desired dream body and strength!

 

d. What’s your greatest success in bodybuilding?

My greatest success has been the time I broke my personal record of 405 squat & conventional deadlift 515! (& soon to be 315 bench!)

 

e. What music do you listen to when training?

I listen to upbeat music like EDM or inspirational artists like Logic & Drake, etc. Some days it will educational podcasts from personal development influencers

 

f. Who is your bodybuilding inspiration?

My greatest inspiration is my son and my supportive family members for they are the reasons WHY I pursue our mission & visions!

 

g. What are your dreams and or what excites you?

Our Vision: Doing what we love: training and filming content with top fitness influencers and gyms locally, nationally and globally! We are shifting the world towards empowerment!

Our Mission: Creating a powerful & positive impact helping others become their most powerful selves in all areas of life!
