c. What motivates you to train?

 I train as if it's part of my job ... Keeping my body and health on point allows me to handle all my other business w more confidence.

d. What’s your greatest success in lifting?

 Competition wise winning my class back in 2013 (Mens Physique , NPC Illinois Ironman (now called the gladiator) ... Lifting has also led to me having a solid modeling career for the past 10 years.


e. What music do you listen to when training?

I have a playlist with The Stones, Bob Seger , Elton John, Phill Collins, etc and then I have one with Tupac, Biggie, Bone Thugs, Kanye , Drake etc.


f. Who is your bodybuilding inspiration?

Schwarzenegger and The Rock


g. Do you have any shout outs or people you’d like to thank?

Chuck & Michelle at USA Gym and Jason Malacina who got me started lifting.
