c. What motivates you to train?
It has always been in my blood. Since I was 15 and "the chubby kid", I have always been motivated to be the best I can. And being a single dad and raising a son, I want to be a good role model for staying in shape and achieving goals.
d. What’s your greatest success in lifting?
505# bench for 2x 600# barbell walk for 30 yards
