a. Where are you from?

Dresher, PA

c. What motivates you to train?

My dreams are my biggest motivator! I couldn't imagine a life where I'm not trying to make my dreams come true. If you're not moving forward you're falling behind, and if you say you don't have time you're lying to yourself nothing is more important than your health and happiness!

 

d. What’s your greatest success in lifting?

My greatest success in lifting is gaining 50lbs in 6 months getting bigger and stronger for competitive long drive!

 

e. What music do you listen to when training?

My go to music is either early 2000s rap (Project Pat or Three 6 Mafia) or Metal

 

f. Who is your weightlifting inspiration?

The one and only Eric Bugenhagen!

 

g. Do you have any shout outs or people you’d like to thank?

Thank you to my my beautiful girlfriend, my family, and friends for supporting me and helping me in so many ways. Thank you to Eric Bugenhagen for sharing all of his knowledge with the world putting on an example for what real training intensity is!
