a. Where are you from?

I was born and raised in Tennessee and currently reside in Las Vegas, NV.

c. What motivates you to train?

My motivation for training is being the strongest and best version of myself and improving on that every single day in hopes to inspire other women to do the same!


d. What’s your greatest success in bodybuilding?

My greatest success in bodybuilding is having my physique reflect the strength I feel on the inside.


e. What music do you listen to when training?

I’m all over the place with music! At the gym, I listen to rap, rock, pop, country - you name it.


f. Who is your weightlifting inspiration?

So many people! I love getting on Instagram and seeing what others are doing and their fitness journeys. If I had to choose, I would say that Stephanie Sanzo and Ashley Horner are my inspiration because they are so positive minded and humble.


g. Do you have any shout outs or people you’d like to thank?

I just want to thank ALL of my family and friends! They have all been there with words of encouragement and support at one time or another and I am so grateful to have so many amazing people in my life. Having positive people in your life makes a HUGE difference, so surround yourself accordingly!
