a. Where are you from?

Long Island, New York

c. What motivates you to train?

I have my own personal training and Nutrition coaching business. I keep myself in optimal shape to show to my current and future clients that commitment and accountability is what leads to a successful fitness journey.


d. What’s your greatest success in weightlifting?

At age 18 I was anorexic, weighing just under 120lbs at 5’9”. I was tired of being the skinny kid with no muscle mass. So I decided to reinvent myself and bodybuilding became a full blown addiction! Now 8 years later I have achieved the physique I have always wanted and now I have a business based off my life story!


e. What music do you listen to when training?

I listen to all genres: ranging from heavy medal to country!


f. Who are your weightlifting inspiration?
I have many but my biggest inspiration would have to be Calum Von Moger.


g. What are your dreams and or what excites you?

To take my currently successful business to the next level and to start my next business venture in 2022!


h. Do you have any shout outs or people you’d like to thank?

My fiancé, she pushes me everyday to be the best version of myself I can be.
