c. What motivates you to train?
I want to become the best version of myself motivates me to train harder every single day. Before I started working out I wasn’t taking proper care of my body. I used to eat junk food most of the time and rarely did any physical activities and did not have as much self-confidence as I’ve now. Fitness has changed my life.
d. What’s your greatest success in weightlifting?
My greatest success in bodybuilding would be having a single digit body fat percentage ranging at 7-9% leanest in 2019. It was after my one year body transformation.
e. What music do you listen to when training?
I mostly listen to heavy metal/rock & hardstyle.
My dad and my older brother.
g. What are your dreams and or what excites you?
To help and inspire other people to achieve their optimal health and wellness goals and improve their quality of life. Being a Kinesiology and Health Promotion student really excites me. I’m really looking forward to complete this BSc degree in the near future.
h. Do you have any shout outs or people you’d like to thank?
Huge shout out to my girlfriend, Abigail. I would like to thank her for always being there during ups and downs. She definitely keeps me going and brings so much joy and happiness in my life.
