Q & A with STALLIN

a. Where are you from?

McKinney, Texas

b. Instagram name

@stallindinakaran

c. What motivates you to train?

I had very rare disorder where it was difficult to swallowing food. I fought this excuse by learning to train and eat the right food at the right interval. Eventually, I was able to see results that motivated me to push more and build myself. Now after medically fixing my issues, I am back on the floor to train harder.

d. What’s your greatest success in lifting?

I haven't achieved anything yet. But my greatest strength and success is that I didn’t give in to my excuse. And now I am able to motivate others who walk up to me by sharing my experience and things I have learned.

e. What music do you listen to when training?

I don't listen to any music while I train weights. I stay focused on the weights and training plan and how I can push myself as anything else is a distraction for me. Definitely Gospel Music when I do my cardio! 😊

f. Who is your bodybuilding inspiration?

Steven Baggett, my boss and mentor at work, who taught me the right things correcting my form and pushing me to achieve what I do on the gym floor.

g. Do you have any shout outs or people you’d like to thank?

Almighty God for sending me the right people at the right time to keep me motivated. Definitely my wife Keren for supporting me with my diet and nutrition as it had to be inline with my condition. My son Jason and daughter Joanna for always cheering up for me!
