c. What motivates you to train?

I motivated to train from my past and my injuries. I graduated high school at 5’8” 234 pounds. I vowed to myself after that I would get in shape and stay in shape the rest of my life. I started college and needed my labrum in my left shoulder to be reconstructed and six months later my left achilles repaired. I recovered well and began my journey losing 70 pounds and grew in height to 6’. I began rebuilding my body and bulking and 2 years later blew a disc in my neck. After I was operated on and could return to the gym I never took an opportunity to lift for granted again!
