Q & A with SUE

 a. Where are you from?

Originally, Wales, UK but now living in Ontario Canada

b. Instagram name

@fitwithsue

c. What motivates you to train?

I love to physically challenge myself so staying consistent with my training is key! Motivating others by leading by example is also important to me.

d. What’s your greatest success in lifting?

I had competed in a firefighter race called Fire Fit, aka the toughest 2 minutes in sport, for a few years but wasn't able to complete the course. I switched up my training to focus on strength training. Last year I finished several regional races and was awarded the fastest female volunteer firefighter at Nationals! Now I'm driven to get a new PB every time.

e. What music do you listen to when training?

Most of the time it's angry music like Rob Bailey and God Smack. I find it keeps my energy up for the entire workout and pushes me harder.

f. Who is your bodybuilding inspiration?

Currently, I'm following Stephanie Senzo and Daina Lynn Bailey.

g. Do you have any shout outs or people you’d like to thank?

I would like to thank my Fire Fit family for being so supportive and believing in me. A special guy I would like to give a shout out to is @regular.joe_v2.0 he keeps me on track and inspires me to be better.
