c. What motivates you to train?
I love inspiring people through fitness and being a role model especially for younger generations
d. What’s your greatest success in lifting?
I have found a lot of personal success through lifting, becoming stronger and being able to stay consistent year after year is what makes me proud of myself at the end of the day.
e. What music do you listen to when training?
I listen to Neffex, Nora En Pure, Grime rap, edm and house music during training and honestly anytime of day 🎶
f. Who is your weightlifting inspiration?
My weightlifting inspiration is Tia Clair and Katrin Davidsdottir, I remember when I first saw videos about them at the beginning of my fitness journey and they are incredibly inspiring women that I look up to.
g. Do you have any shout outs or people you’d like to thank?
I'd like to thank my family - and all my gym friends who were a part of my fitness journey and helped shape me into the person I am today.
