d. What’s your greatest success in bodybuilding?

My greatest success in strongman I think is my ability to overcome. I've had a few injuries that many people thought I should/would quit after. Though I've won numerous competitions, I think being able to come back, even stronger, after these setback it what I'm most proud of.

e. What music do you listen to when training?

I listen to a lot of different music but when I train its gotta be metal! 🤘

f. Who are your bodybuilding inspiration?
Derek Poundstone is probably the person who motivated me the most. His training philosophy of make training hard so the competition is easy is something I've always used. I also met him and he was and extremely kind and generous person as well.

g. What are your dreams and or what excites you?

My goals as far as lifting go are to earn my pro card and compete with the best in the world. Lol yep there's the whole thing.

h. Do you have any shout outs or people you’d like to thank?

The people who have helped me along the way are first my mother who instilled in me my values with training and working hard. My wife who is my rock. She understands and supports me in my never ending strength and fitness goals. And lastly my son. Even though he isn't a year old yet, he's taught me more about life than I ever could have learned on my own.
