I am motivated by strength I’ve gained, the confidence I’ve built and the overall feeling of wellness I’ve achieved

d. What’s your greatest success in fitness?

My greatest success in fitness is proving to myself that after 45 Years old and two children I could still do it!


e. What music do you listen to when training?

As far as music, I listen to anything as long as it’s loud, fast and angry….lol 


f. Who are your fitness inspiration?

I am inspired and empowered by the awesome group of people I lift/train with at Training for Warriors Connecticut


g. What are your dreams and/or what excites you?

How cool would it be to train and compete in the Masters Division someday? It’s a dream I may turn into reality. 


h. Do you have any shout outs or people you’d like to thank?

Shout out to my family who always encourage me to be the best me….and to my TFW Connecticut family and Coach Deb Thank you for always reminding me that I can when I think I can’t!
