c. What motivates you to train?
I've been participating in sports since I was a child began weight training with my father when i was in high school for football. Reading everything that has to do with bodybuilding and powerlifting. Trying to be like my favorite body builder thenlate franco columbo. From then on I have been training and trying to be better everyday and crush my weaknesses.
d. What’s your greatest success in lifting?
I was able to squat 455Lbs , deadlift 505Lbs, Bench 325, Standing shoukderpress- 185.
e. What music do you listen to when training?
f. Who is your weightlifting inspiration?
Franco columbo, Arnold Schwarzenegger, The Rock.
g. Do you have any shout outs or people you’d like to thank?
My dad Greg for getting me start on Weightlifting, and Maci @_mermaci for putting up with the hours in the gym and spotting me and making sure the excessive amount of 1stphorm supplements are readily available for me.
