a. Where are you from?

c. What motivates you to train?

My biggest motivation to train is knowing I’m working towards a stronger, healthier version of myself!


d. What’s your greatest success in powerlifting?

 My greatest success in powerlifting has been competing in my first USAPL meet and placing 2nd for my weight class! 🥳👏🏽


e. What music do you listen to when training?

Dubstep and Bad Bunny are definitely my pump up music while training!


f. Who are your powerlifting inspiration/s?


Stefi Cohen


g. What are your dreams and or what excites you?

My biggest goal/dream at the moment is to become a personal trainer and help other women out there build confidence through strength training 💕


h. Do you have any shout outs or people you’d like to thank?

Huge shoutout to my phenomenal coach Joey August for always believing in my strength, even when I didn’t believe in myself! And thank you to my hubby and kids for always supporting me 💯
