a. Where are you from?

Palm Harbor, FL

c. What motivates you to train?

My Motivation comes from my wife & 3 daughters, I want to be the best version of me everyday for them.


d. What’s your greatest success in lifting?

Greatest moment would be Military pressing 225lb for 5 reps and myself weighing 205lb.


e. What music do you listen to when training?

Music would have to be old school rap and rock.


f. Who is your weightlifting inspiration?

Inspiration is definitely @therock. What he is doing at his age is inspiring and motivating.


g. Do you have any shout outs or people you’d like to thank?

Love to thank my wife for always supporting me in whatever it is i do.
