a. Where are you from?

New York City

c. What motivates you to train?

Finding out what my body is truly capable of is what motivates me to train


d. What’s your greatest success in fitness?

My greatest success has been to stay consistent in the world of training and nutrition for about 2 years


e. What music do you listen to when training?

I usually listen to news podcasts while I train instead of music, but when I do listen to music I like it all!


f. Who is your fitness inspiration?

I have many fitness inspirations, but one of my main ones would be @christianguzmanfitness


g. What are your dreams and or what excites you?

My dream is to graduate as a physical therapist and open my own gym for lifting and tricking (flips) 


h. Do you have any shout outs or people you’d like to thank?

Shoutout to my boy @noahhenryfitness for starting a great fitness account that is definitely worth checking out!
