The feeling of satisfaction that you get when you finish your workout for the day.
d. What’s your greatest success in fitness?
Just lifting some weight that I never thought that I’d ever be able to lift. Seeing all of the hard work starting to pay off.
e. What music do you listen to when training?
Mainly heavy metal, esp . Pantera
f. Who is your bodybuilding inspiration?
Drew McIntyre is someone who has made a huge makeover in terms of his physique in the past 5 years. Always inspired me from a fitness standpoint.
g. What are your dreams and or what excites you?
My dream is to Would love to have my own home gym someday. Maybe build a garage &!start turning the loft into my own iron lair lol. Being able to have your breakfast & coffee then walk less than a minute to your own private gym would be a dream scenario, to me.

Thanks to all of my followers for the support. As for shoutouts, my wife @angelazwicker13 for her encouragement. & my dear friend @oxnerfitness for his encouragement & support. Following his fitness journey was what motivated me to get back into training in a big way, as well as starting a fitness page.
